Our Standard Shipping and Handling Rate is a modest $3.95, and First-Class Shipping is $5.95. For US deliveries, orders exceeding $75.00 enjoy FREE shipping!

Shipping Costs Based on Product Quantities: Shipping costs increase based on the number of products ordered, reflecting the increase in package weight. For example, if you order 2 products for delivery in the USA, the shipping cost will be $3.95 for the first product + $1 for the second product, totaling $4.95.

We can offer unbeatable deals and exceptionally low prices due to our strong, long-term partnerships with manufacturers and wholesalers overseas. As a result, most of our products are shipped from outside the US.

  • The average shipping time for the past 30 days in the USA is 12 business days. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, facility congestion, customs procedures, inclement weather, etc.

Please note: The tracking number may take a few days to update in the shipping company database after we send it. Please be patient; your order is in transit.

  • FREE promotional products may take up to 30 business days for delivery. Some items may have longer shipping times, as indicated on the relevant product page. If you are dissatisfied with our declared delivery times and cannot wait patiently, we recommend considering local sellers.

Additionally, all items undergo a handling period before dispatch, including order verification, payment processing, quality control, and packaging. Approximately 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of payment.

If your order provides tracking information, an automated tracking code will be emailed to you from USPS, UPS, or FedEx after the order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipment. There is no need to request a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 5 days for the correct tracking information to appear.

Multiple-item orders are generally shipped separately from different warehouse locations for various items. This ensures you receive your items as quickly as possible. Receiving part of your order before the rest is normal and does not indicate oversight.

We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the post office experiences unexpected delays due to holidays, weather, customs, or other conditions. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Please double-check your order details to ensure your shipping address is correct. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot alter shipping details or cancel orders once dispatched. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply. We are not liable for products sent to the wrong address if incorrect shipping details were provided.

Due to the rise in delivery and mail theft, especially during holidays, each shipment includes a tracking number via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If your delivery is stolen, and we can verify delivery with the tracking number, we do not take responsibility for shipping another order for free or providing a refund. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages. Please contact your local post office to inquire about your package's location, as it may be held at your local main post office branch for pickup. We encourage customers to use a secure post office box, drop box, or have items held at a local FedEx or UPS station to mitigate this concern. If delivered products are perishable and spoil during the delay, ideall.store does not accept responsibility nor provide a refund.

We appreciate your patience if items have not been received within 30 days. If you have concerns, please contact us through the contact form instead of leaving negative feedback or opening a dispute. We will make every effort to address and resolve any issues promptly, including resending or refunding missing items.

Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may exceed estimates, reaching up to 35 business days. If your order has not arrived within 45 business days from the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund. (This policy excludes errors made by customers providing incorrect shipping details on their orders or missed parcel deliveries).
